The drive through the valley past the missle ranges is pretty cool too. The whole area is a basin surrounded by mountains. Both the San Andreas and Organ Mountains make up the chain's around the basin. Loved the drive up the to monument......
The mutt won the race up the dune.....
A big time was had by both humans and mutts!

Leah got to visit with the bug guy today cuz it was Amy's bday (took her to lunch)...sliding down the dunes looks like a blast!!! Don't like the cold, so I'm not wishing for snow, but somewhat warm weather, sledding down the sand looks like an awesome time!!!
