Westport Washington

Hola Girls.....

We have moved south by southwest to a lil' burg called Westport. It's a smallish fishing village at the mouth of Gray's Harbour. It has given us our first view of the Pacific Ocean also. As soon as Lindsay left, the clouds came back and the temps fell. Seattle had some of their hottest weather, ever, or at least since they started recording it, last week while she was here. Today, it will not make it to 60 on the coast and the rain is starting to fall. It feels great though. Our internet connection is pretty crappy here, so uploading pics will be an issue. I'll try and put some up when I can. Even as cloudy as it is, it's beautiful along the coast here. Still got tons of huge doug fir trees and the dunes here are covered in sea grasses, unlike the dunes on the east and gulf coasts.

Fishing here is mostly Tuna, but they do some salmon in the bays and rivers too. There are also crab fishermen.

Last night we had the furnace on all night. This morning the clouds are still here although it's supposed to clear up some this afternoon. Highs again close to 60. :-)

Later gaters.....
