So this morning we found something very interesting....
This is at an Inn/Restaurant/Logging Museum. It's in a little town called Elsie just a bit south and east of Seaside. Back in the day the logging companies named their camps by number. This place is at mile market 18 on Oregon Highway 26 headed to Portland so it became Camp18. Awesome building and great food too....
Also the east fork of Humbug creek runs behind it. I kid you not! :-)
So after we did Camp18, we headed over to Ecola State park and beach. Anyone think this looks familiar and why?
This is Tillamook Rock Lighthouse.....
This is off of the Crescent beach overlook at Ecola. Beautiful views here.......
Pop, keep me posted on Thursday and Friday. I'll be town where we have a signal all the time!
Love you!

Guess it was a site for a surfing movie as I see a surfer waiting on a wave in your pic. Or it could be a scene from the costie movie Guardian.
So tell us.
I am not looking forward to tomorrow or Friday, but guess its a good thing.
Love, Pop
^---Great, another guardian reference. Thanks gramps. Ya'll better go get some penicillin for that e-coli.... Lame, I know.
Love ya'll
Nope, it's the rocks from the beach scene in the Goonies movie where the pirate ship comes back to the sea from the cave. Cool to see it from the beach where it was filmed.
