We lit in Missoula just after lunch time today. Found a great lil' park to hang out in for a few days. Jim and Mary's about a mile off I90. After we got our naps out of the way..... I know, It's a shitty way to spend the afternoon, but someone's got to do it......, we found Sushi Hana downtown. Damn fine bait shop, and tonite was $1 sushi nite! After a couple large hot saki's and some nonlocal fish, it's nap time again! :-)
Some potential good fishin' to be had here too. The Bitterroot, Missouri, Clark and Rock creek rivers are all in this area. Going to hit a fly shop in the morning and find out where some good wading waters are.
Pop, you were right, the Smokejumpers school is here. Going over to the Smokejumper's center while we are here and see what we can learn. Might get to see some jumps....... they also have a mountain avaition museum here I hope to check out too......
Stay tuned.....
Love ya'll.....

Glad you made it safely to Missoula, I've always wanted to see Montana. The Smokejumpers school sounds cool, can't wait hear about it.
Napping is great isn't it? I can just see you, Karen and Forest all plopped out. I hope the trip so far has been as relaxing for both of you as it sounds.
Think Karen might want to take a pic of you fly fishing? I'd love to see that.
Signing off, sleep well under that big Montana sky.
Love,
Kelly

Blog makes it easy to keep in touch. NO cell phone out here or it's roaming..... Hopefully when we get over the state line into Washington, we'll have Tmobile again. Will be another week for that.
Hug Mikey and WillieB for us!
Love ya'll
Mike
